When “Los Feeling” by new kids on the scene, Visitor dropped a last month it was begging for remixes. Hell, it was even said to be only a “Rough Mix” to begin with. Well two talented producers took up the responsibility and their efforts have been released for your listening pleasure.

When I saw Fear of Tigers remixed it I got pretty excited. I knew their particular mix of sometimes anthemic dreamwave-pop would work perfectly with the song and it does. They end up taking an approach that sounds very reminiscent of M83′s “Saturdays = Youth” album. Shimmering synths, giant washes, and big pounding beats bump up everything that made the original so good without taking over the song. It would be great for an impromptu dance party at your next housejam (it would probably start as a joke and then get really heated as the song keeps going higher and higher).

Monsieur Adi takes it a much more subdued approach to the song adding some rich piano riffs but still fitting in some pretty epic builds. He even adds a nice little high-energy dance section to the end for any DJs who have the skill to mix this into a set of the usual club thumpers.

Both remixes are definitely worth checking out.

BONUS: While I was writing this I came across a Flashmen remix of the song. I’ve only listened to it once so I can’t really form an opinion but it’s definitely the most dancefloor friendly of all the remixes. Maybe this one would be better for that impromptu dance party? (I’m Ron Burgundy?)
