Designer Drugs dropped another installment of their Datamix series today. I immediately put it on my ipod to power through an early morning workout and was not disappointed. DD always bring the high energy electro sound and with this mix they include some of the best of the best in that genre. Yes, there are some older songs on here (namely SonicC – Stickin’ (Original Mix) which has been used in almost every mix out there) but there are enough new ones to keep things banging (especially the remix of French Fries’ “Senta”). BONUS: I only wish they would have included the Sidney Samson remix of Chicane below. It has a great old school trance vibe at times (courtesy of Chicane) but Samson flips it on its head and creates an amazing militaristic dutch house frenzy. Party.
