DJ Mehdi, the French electronic music producer and DJ, part of the illustrious Ed Banger Records crew, died last night at the age of 34. According to several reports, he was fatally injured when part of his Paris home collapsed.

This is a huge loss to the electronic music community. It’s natural to feel helpless in such a circumstance but we hope by spreading his music we can do our little part to help him and his legacy live on. We couldn’t think of a more appropriate choice then his own melancholy remix of Miike Snow’s “Burial”.

Another sad reminder to live everyday like it’s your last.
